At 8Ways Home Improvement, we stand behind the quality of our tools and insulation products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • All original parts, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed, used, or altered products
  • Opened or partially used insulation materials
  • Custom orders or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim. Photos may be required.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us to arrange the process.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
